The MyChron4 is a powerful data acquisition gauge and digital display for kart racing. It combines a temperature gauge, tachometer, lap timer, and data logger into a compact, powerful unit that easily mounts to your steering wheel. It is a digital dash, gauge, and data logger with graphical and digital RPM (tach) indicator, automatic lap time, and temperature input for exhaust gas, cylinder head or water sensors.
The MyChron4 uses an internal 9V battery for extended performance. Specialised display modes for oval, sprint and road style racers are included. The MyChron4 also features 1 MB of memory for over 3 hours of data logging. Simplified configuration and easy to read menus make operating the MyChron4 a snap.
The high-resolution graphic display displays large digits during race mode, smaller, easy to read text during setup and in menus, and shows analysis information such as torque curves and RPM "candlestick" graphs. Backlight in either amber or green, this gorgeous display can also display custom graphics like team logos and pictures.

The MyChron4 E-box is an optional upgrade for the MyChron4 karting gauge. The E-box provides extra sensors for:
2 temperatures (including exhaust gas (EGT), cylinder head (CHT), or water) • wheel speed • track mapping with an internal G-sensor (accelerometer) • extra battery for extended running time
The functions provided by the E-Box are similar to the MyChron3 Gold features. In developing the E-box, AiM Sports leveraged CAN (controller area network) technology from the autmotive racing world. Simply connect the E-box to the MyChron4 and the extra functions are instantly enabled.

The MyChron4 Data Key provides an easy way to download data from your MyChron4 without needing a laptop. Keep your laptop safe in the trailer and use the data key to download each session as you come off the track. Its compact size and shape makes it easy to keep in your pocket or toolbox.
The data key easily stores hundreds of runs, making it easy to collect data all weekend before transferring, or from all your team members as they come off the track. The USB connection makes it easy to transfer the collected data to your PC. Non-volatile flash memory stores your data without batteries and keeps it safe despite the shocks and vibrations of the track.
